Area Training - still time to book a place..... 24/01/2010
We currently have 7 people that have booked places for the area training on Feb 15th. The training can accomodate 12, and ideally we need at least 10. So if you would like to book a place please get in touch with Louise McMahon asap.
Senior Area Training Update 07/01/2010
The date has been fixed for February 15th. Matt Lanni will be conducting the session at his Halefield Stud in Woodnewton.

Junior Leading Rider Award 2009/ 2010 17/06/2009
Following on from this year's competition, area 32 committee member, Gary Ross has generously decided to sponsor this award again. The competition will run from 1 May 2009 to 30 April 2010. To be eligible for this award we need you to send your pony’s BSJA printout, showing your competition placings achieved at shows. We will inform you near the end of the the year, how to send in your results. It doesn't matter if you only have one pony, as it is the pony and rider combination that will accrue the points, so it is no advantage to have more than one pony.
The leading pony / rider combination will be worked out on a points for placings basis. Points will be awarded on the following basis:
1st place = 10 points
2nd place = 8 points
3rd place = 6 points
4th place = 4 points
5th place = 2 points
6th place or lower = 1 point.
To be eligible you must be a current junior member of area 32.
